Στο τέλος, οι «Oppenhomies», όπως πολλοί τους αποκαλούν, πήραν επτά τρόπαια συμπεριλαμβανομένων της Καλύτερης Ταινίας και της Καλύτερης Σκηνοθεσίας, ενώ η Emma Stone των Poor Things κέρδισε την Καλύτερη Γυναικεία Ερμηνεία, κλέβοντας τη μία βολή του Killers of the Flower Moon σε μια νίκη μετά από δέκα υποψηφιότητες. Η Billie Eilish κέρδισε το δεύτερο Όσκαρ της, για το τραγούδι της στην ταινία Barbie, γράφοντας ιστορία στο πλευρό του Cillian Murphy, του πρώτου Ιρλανδού νικητή Α' Ανδρικού Ρόλου.
