Η Teyana Taylor τιμήθηκε με το βραβείο Β’ Γυναικείου Ρόλου σε κινηματογραφική ταινία για το One Battle After Another, το οποίο συνολικά απέσπασε τέσσερα βραβεία. Ανάμεσά τους ήταν και αυτό της Καλύτερης Ταινίας Μιούζικαλ ή Κωμωδίας της βραδιάς. Ο δημιουργός της ταινίας, Paul Thomas Anderson, κέρδισε επίσης βραβεία για το σενάριο και τη σκηνοθεσία.
Ο Noah Wyle βραβεύτηκε για τη συμμετοχή του στη σειρά The Pitt, η οποία απέσπασε παράλληλα και το βραβείο Καλύτερης Δραματικής Σειράς.
Η νίκη του Timothée Chalamet ήταν η μοναδική διάκριση για την ταινία Marty Supreme, η οποία ήταν υποψήφια στην κατηγορία της κωμωδίας. Το βραβείο Καλύτερης Δραματικής Ταινίας κέρδισε το Hamnet, ενώ η Jessie Buckley τιμήθηκε με το βραβείο Καλύτερης Γυναικείας Ερμηνείας σε Δραματική Ταινία για την ίδια παραγωγή.
Η σειρά του Netflix Adolescence απέσπασε τα βραβεία Καλύτερης Μίνι Σειράς ή Ανθολογίας, καθώς και διακρίσεις για τις ερμηνείες των Stephen Graham, Owen Cooper και Erin Doherty. Τέλος, το The Studio κέρδισε το βραβείο Καλύτερης Τηλεοπτικής Σειράς Μιούζικαλ ή Κωμωδίας, με τον Seth Rogen να αποσπά το κορυφαίο βραβείο ερμηνείας στην ίδια κατηγορία.
